Satworks installs structured cabling systems to TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards: every cable labelled, every run documented, every termination tested and certified. Cat6A & Fiber Cabling
Cat6A UTP/STP for 10GbE to the desktop. OM3/OM4 multimode and OS2 single-mode fiber for backbone runs and inter-building links. All cables tested and certified to TIA-568 standards.
Server Racks & Patch Panels
19" open-frame and enclosed racks with cable management, blanking panels, and PDUs. 24-port and 48-port patch panels with colour-coded labelling for instant identification.
Cable Management & Labelling
Every cable labelled at both ends with permanent machine-printed labels. Cable trays, conduit, and trunking installed to building standards. As-built drawings provided on completion.
Testing & Certification
Every copper link tested with Fluke DSX-8000 cable analyser. Every fiber link tested with OTDR. Full test reports provided — channel performance, return loss, insertion loss — for warranty and compliance.
MDF & IDF Design
Main and intermediate distribution frame design for multi-floor buildings. Structured approach to cable routing, cross-connects, and equipment placement for easy management.
Network Hardware Supply
Supply and installation of switches, routers, UPS, and patch cords from certified distributors. Full bill of materials with serial numbers for asset register and warranty tracking.

Designed and installed 12,000 data points across 8 floors. Separate Cat6A runs for clinical, administrative, IPTV, and CCTV networks. OM4 fiber backbone between all IDFs and MDF. All cables tested and certified. Full as-built documentation delivered to hospital IT team.
