We install the full spectrum of CCTV camera types: fixed dome and bullet cameras for standard coverage, PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras for wide-area surveillance, fisheye 360° cameras for open spaces, thermal imaging cameras for perimeter security, and licence plate recognition (LPR) cameras for vehicle access points. All cameras are sourced from certified brands including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, and Hanwha.
Camera count depends on your site layout, coverage requirements, and risk profile. A typical hotel floor requires 4–8 cameras per corridor and common area. A retail outlet may need 6–12 cameras. We conduct a free site survey and produce a camera placement plan showing exact coverage zones, blind-spot elimination, and recommended resolution per location — so you only pay for what you actually need.
We offer three storage architectures: on-premise NVR/DVR with local hard drives (most common for small to mid-size sites), hybrid storage combining local NVR with cloud backup for redundancy, and full cloud-based VMS (Video Management System) for enterprise clients who need centralised access across multiple sites. Storage capacity is calculated based on camera count, resolution, frame rate, and required retention period — typically 30, 60, or 90 days.
Yes. Our Visual AI service layer adds intelligent analytics on top of standard CCTV infrastructure. This includes people counting, crowd density alerts, facial recognition (where legally permitted), object detection, loitering detection, and perimeter intrusion alerts. AI analytics can be deployed on-camera (edge AI), on-NVR, or via a dedicated AI server — depending on your processing requirements and budget.
Yes. All CCTV installations in Dubai are designed and documented to meet SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) requirements, including minimum camera resolution standards, mandatory coverage zones for commercial and hospitality properties, data retention periods, and access control to recorded footage. We handle all SIRA documentation and can assist with permit applications where required.
Yes. All modern NVR and VMS platforms we deploy support secure remote access via mobile app and web browser. You can view live feeds, review recorded footage, receive motion alerts, and manage camera settings from anywhere in the world. Access is protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions so you control exactly who can see what.
